Mercury Rev release their new album in January. You can pre-order it here (UK) or possibly from the excellent Normans Records of Leeds.
Amazon.com are only listing an import at present?
I think it’s a great improvement on the last release which was a bit underwhelming on the whole, I thought. Track 1 from the cd “A Secret for a Song” was released in download format.
Track 3 “Diamonds” has a great electric piano figure that pops in and out of the song and has the usual Mercury Rev hallmarks of high production values matched to a great song.

Ah, thank you. I've really liked the new Mercury Rev stuff I've been hearing.
Thanks for posting "Diamonds." I've heard "Across Yer Ocean," "Vermillion," and "In the Wilderness," and I am excited as all hell for the new disc. However, I'm very frustrated that it won't come out physically here in the states until APRIL. Very frustrated.
While my opinion has no effect on yours - I love "All is Dream" - it's one disc that for the last three years, or however long it's been since it came out, has never been far from my cd player. It's much more solid as an album than "Deserter's Songs" - again, my opinion.
